Hi Marlene, Mom is doing great and I can't even begin to express how happy I am and how much I appreciate your efforts and the difference you've made in my family. Smoking Cessation (Client stopped smoking same day)
"Hi Marlene, Hope you are doing well. Everything is great on my end (I have not smoked).. Just wanted to share with you that I stopped listening to the recording after the 21st day. Last night I had a weird dream that I had smoked a cigarette. In the dream, the cigarette tasted bad, I coughed and said to myself, "oh my God, that was the first thing that Marlene said not to do; it's the first cigarette that ruins everything". It scares me because I've been doing so well and wouldn't want to fall off the wagon. What are your thoughts on this dream? Suppressed desires? I'm feeling great; about to enter my fourth month smoke-free. It truly feels like I never smoked before. Of course, I've joined a spinning class now. It just never ends. LOL.

Bruxism (teeth grinding)
"Hello Marlene,
I have been listening to your tape on bruxism every day, and some days I listen to it twice. I feel that I am slowly improving: I don't wake up with painful teeth anymore. But still most of the time, I wake up during the night and/or in the morning with my teeth rather well clenched; I consciously relax my body immediately and go back to sleep if it's early enough. I have been doing bruxism for 4 decades, so it takes a while I assume, to de-program the unconscious from such long term self abuse. I will write again at the next level of major improvement (and I certainly want one to happen). Thank you very much, Marlene, for your care and expertise. " S.

"Hi Marlene... Just wanted to drop a line and tell you I had a real experience today...after I left I physically felt like i started detoxing. It was very strange and maybe nothing to do with it but I felt it did...my eye started tearing and it got very swollen and continued tearing for about 4 hours...it was very draining and there is nothing else I can chalk it up to except detox. It wasn't any allergy or pink eye but more like a cleansing. I feel very relaxed and peaceful and at ease with the thought of food and when and where my next meal will be. I feel the session was successful with my initial thoughts and mood now. A Hypnotist's Work is Never Done
Marlene at a baby shower which turns into a an impromptu hypnosis session. This was the first person, 5 others were waiting their turn out of sight of the camera. Onlookers couldn't believe that the person hypnotized was not being disturbed by the conversation, music or other noises around them. All of them stated this was the most relaxed they had felt in a very long time. (July 2009)
